Jon Beck Chairman jonbeck@bollingtonfestival.org.uk A relative newcomer, I moved to Bollington with my wife Annette Hurst in September 1992 expecting to stay here for only 6 months - all these years later we are still here with our daughter Miriam! I work in Bollington running a healthcare communications agency but I can occasionally be seen prancing about the stage in productions put on by Bollington Festival Players (especially when a Southern accent is called for). |

Carol Barnes Vice Chairman - Operations carolbarnes@bollingtonfestival.org.uk Carol Barnes has been a self-employed management consultant since 1995 with a specialist focus on Executive Coaching and people management strategies often using the Investors in People standard as a clear framework for business improvement. Carol led the marketing group for the 2009 Bollington Festival encouraging innovations like online ticket purchasing. As Vice-Chairman of the latest iteration of the Exec Committee, Carol is helping drive the fundraising initiatives to support the 2014 50th Anniversary Festival. |

Geoff Atkin Treasurer geoffatkin@bollingtonfestival.org.uk My wife, Hilary, and I have lived in Bollington for 25 years, after 10 years in Macclesfield and our two daughters now have children of their own. I am a 'mostly retired' project and business manager from the IT world and I am now involved in the voluntary activities of Bollington. Apart from the Festival I help out at the Arts Centre bar and at the events on the Recreation Ground. I am a keen walker and have also been known to enjoy a pint of beer! |

Jose Spinks Community Programme Coordinator josespinks@bollingtonfestival.org.uk An incomer with only a twenty-four year pedigree as a Bollingtonian, I am hugely proud of the creativity and ambition of my adopted home. I served on the executive of our last two Festivals, leading the Literature Group. For the Festival 2014 I am working with Jennie Aincham to piece together an exciting Programme, that includes a variety of events in the recreation ground's Festival Marquee and at other venues around the village. My particular role is to encourage all local community groups, established and new, to seize the Festival's opportunities to showcase Bollington's own talent and to be inspired by visiting professionals. |

Jennie Aincham Marquee Programme Manager jennieaincham@bollingtonfestival.org.uk I manage a lottery funded healthy eating and exercise project in Knutsford. I'm a keen baker and distance runner in my spare time (one thankfully balances out the side effects of the other) and can often be seen running round the Bollington countryside in a fluorescent top! I will be working in combination with Jose Spinks, to programme the Festival Marquee with a range of local and professional events. Bollington has a great deal to offer both creatively and environmentally and we hope to reflect this diversity in the programme, as well as bringing in complementary professional acts from outside Bollington. If you are keen to see a certain act/event in the Festival Marquee then please let me know! |
